During our presentation, we will assess grief, manifestations of grief: physical, mental, emotional, social, behavioral, and spiritual.
Also, we will discuss how food and nutrition are key principals to consider while processing through grief and PTSD. The foods you eat effect your hormones and neurotransmitters, which affect your brain. Learn important over the counter remedies that can help you process through any challenging times that you may be experiencing in your life!
